Healthy Asparagus Quiche

Fixings:

5 eggs, beaten

1 cup almond milk

15 asparagus lances, cut closures at that point cut asparagus down the middle

1 cup Swiss cheddar, destroyed

1/4 tsp thyme

1/4 tsp white pepper
